Our overall experience was really good. My biggest issue overall was the finance person being a jerk and talking down to my wife and I like we were stupid after declining the extended warra My biggest issue overall was the finance person being a jerk and talking down to my wife and I like we were stupid after declining the extended warranty. I worked in the shop at Lexus of Tulsa for years and have a pretty good concept of the times an extended warranty would be beneficial. That definitely left a sour taste in my experience with my new used car that I love. He should maybe consider being less of an xxx or spend time talking to people less. Maybe an occupation in livestock would be more fitting for him. More

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. Matt did a wonderful job and was a blast to work with, he helped us find the perfect RAV4 on the first test drive!
