The dealership seems to be ran very well, as it is clean and all staff seem to be equally hospitable. The selection and quality of the used vehicles on their lot beats everyone else in the Tri-Cities. Clearly, they are proud of their vehicles as they back each of them with a 30 day warranty. However, I gave this dealership a 4 star rating, because I had to haggle my way to a good price and a good interest rate. This is because I personally am not into haggling, but sadly that seems to be how the car industry operates everywhere. Comparing this dealership to two others that I was serious with, Wallace Nissan definitely outworked the competition to get my money, and they deserved every penny. I will be back next time I am in the market for a vehicle. But I don't expect that will be too soon from now, because I plan on driving my beloved Nissan Frontier until it dies! More
