Best experience I've ever had at a dealership! I just recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima from these guys and it was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Best car purchasing experience ever After expanding my search to 200 miles, I found my car at Wallace Nissan/Mitsubishi of Kingsport. I made an e-mail inquiry and had a response shortly there after from Stephanie Brobeck, with a wonderful personality and easy to work with, making the 4 hour drive was a no brainer. After arriving, Stephanie had everything lined up and ready to go, and working with her and Jerry Sproles in finance made this purchase so easy, they took care of all inter-state details and I probably spent more time test driving than doing paperwork. Came nervous to buy first NEW car...left relaxed &happy Stephanie Brobeck was very knowledgeable with an award winning attitude. She tended to our needs 100.% and should be everyone's go to person! The perks kept coming with detailing, a full gas tank and complete walk through all the gadgets of the vehicle before we drove away. The only thing we were not fully satisfied with was when we went to the financing department to sign the papers we felt rushed and pushed through and didn't feel like we got the attention we needed...thankfully Stephanie and the rest of the crew more than made up for it! Overall we rate 5 stars! We recommend everyone go to Wallace, best employees, service, and the prices are pretty awesome too! More
