It wasn't an easy job for him. after a few years of some financial hard ships we had visited several other dealers and it looked as if we wasn't going to be able to get even close to getting a car that we wanted or even liked. We told Craig what our situation was and he showed us several options all of which we really liked. After choosing the the car we wanted Craig and the financial wizards got to work and got us a deal that we could not turn down. Thanks to Craig and the staff at Wallace Nissan, we are now driving a loaded beautiful Nissan Altima. Craig and the crew will not leave you hanging, the A/C compressor went out a few days after we got it, and where the car was still under warranty, we got a new compressor. Upon coming into the dealership I was introdu This was my first experience with Wallace Nissan. I inquired about a Titan online and agreed to come in. Upon coming into the dealership I was introduced to Kris. He was very polite, knowledgeable about the Titan and was able to answer my questions. At first the dealership was unable to meet terms I was ok with, so I left the dealership to pursue another vehicle. I thought the deal was dead. About two days later I was contacted and Kris had somehow put life back into the deal. Long story short I was able to rid the F150 I was in. Now I liked my F150, but due to Ford’s stance on the NFL protestors they lost a military veteran owner! Due to Kris’ dedication I am now the proud and happy owner of a Titan. Thank you Kris for your work on this! More

We already planned to trade my car in a few months, but when Debbie Lambert offered to work things out for us on the new vehicle, with deferred payments that met our needs, we drove home with the new Rogue. Couldn't Be Happier" Staff was great, worked late with us on a Saturday evening with no rush. We had been out looking on a beautiful day. Not only did we come to Wallace Nissan once but twice that day. We test drove a Nissan Rogue the first time then we left and done some more car shopping. We had already drove an hour and a half that day looking. I was really set on the Rogue so we went back the second time. Gabriel met us with a smile again. He was awesome to work with and would recommend him to anyone. So our deal wasn't exactly met that night but on Monday with phone calls between my husband and Gabe a deal was set while we were going through a McDonald's drive thru. We went in on Tuesday evening to do paperwork and to get our Nissan Rogue. I couldn't be happier with our purchase. Being an out-of-state student and having hurricane Irma drop a tree It was such a pleasure getting to work with Stephanie, Jerry, and Josh at Wallace! Being an out-of-state student and having hurricane Irma drop a tree on my car was less than ideal circumstances, but Stephanie and Josh were great and made the process as seamless as possible. When I arrived, we were welcomed to the vehicle I had reviewed parked at the building ready for me to take it on a test drive. Stephanie was patient with my indecisiveness and entertained my inquires and curiosity of other options on the lot with enthusiasm, ultimately leading to me finding another model that I would eventually purchase! Jerry worked very diligently to get me the best financing option he could and in a timely manner. The whole process -- from arrival, to wondering around considering other models, 2 test drives, reviewing the numbers, making a decision, and working through the finance aspect with the business office -- took only 4 hours and then I was driving of the lot having made my first new car purchase! I appreciate Stephanie, Jerry, and Josh for everything they have done! I am glad I chose Wallace of Kingsport for my car buying experience! More
