Jerry has been with the AH Ford family since 1987. He started as a parts driver, then became an advisor, manager, and has been our Service Director since 2005. Jerry's passion for customer satisfaction has not only made him lead our Service Department to an unprecedented amount of awards, but that is how he met his wife. She was a disgruntled customer until Jerry resolved the issue and asked him to marry her 8 weeks later. They have been married now for over 15 years.

I'm actually not rating the dealership itself as an entity. I am specifically rating Jerry Hood, the service department director. I had an unfortunate incident occur with my car. The woman at the dea entity. I am specifically rating Jerry Hood, the service department director. I had an unfortunate incident occur with my car. The woman at the dealership who answered the phone thought it was humorous and actually laughed at me. Thankfully the call eventually got transferred to Jerry. He was truly a God-send. He provided information and help that resolved the problem. Jerry has been one of the main reasons I have continued returning to this dealership. Prior to being transferred to Jerry, I had asked to speak with Mr. John Guido, Jr.. I was told by Anthony (was not given last name) that he retired. Either that was a purposeful untruth, or Arlington Heights Ford website is inaccurate. Again, I am thankful for Jerry, as he is one of a few employees within the dealership that takes pride and ownership of his position. Focused on customer service and satisfaction. More
