Roberto Lopez was interested in selling us a new SUV and worked to make a deal. His superiors, however, did not give us a good value for our used X7, which was still under warranty. I would not have acc worked to make a deal. His superiors, however, did not give us a good value for our used X7, which was still under warranty. I would not have accepted the deal offered but the X7 was almost out of warranty and we had just found out it needed a new headlight which would have cost $9K had it not been under warranty. I did not want to own the X7 without a warranty. In addition we were having trouble getting replacement tires for the X7. I will never buy another X7 and needed to trade it before it went out of warranty. More
