Hi! My name is Jeremy Bongle, Service Advisor here at Germain BMW of Naples. In the fall of 1999, I decided to leave the cold Wisconsin winters behind and moved to sunny Naples. I've been in the automotive service industry since 2009, and with the Germain family since 2014. I really enjoy helping people and take pride in treating customers as though they were a family member or friend. My free time is spent with my beautiful wife, our two amazing teenage daughters, and my crazy three-year-old son. Football season is my favorite time of the year, where I loudly cheer for my Green Bay Packers. I look forward to meeting you!

Jeremy Bongle greeted me with a smile, asked the right questions and got the service started. I was kept informed during the service and when my car was ready Jeremy carefully explained what was done and questions and got the service started. My BMW suddenly would not start anymore. .. I called Jeremy Bongle at the service department and he promptly sent someone to give me a boost. The engine came back to life and Jeremy Bongle q .. I called Jeremy Bongle at the service department and he promptly sent someone to give me a boost. The engine came back to life and Jeremy Bongle quizzed me in the dealer busy schedule for a diagnostic. Turns out that me battery needed to be replaced. Presto they did that and in 30 minutes I was back on the road. Jeremy Bongle professionalism and customer service skills are always drawing me back to Germain BMW of Naples Service Department. More

I was having an oil change and a windshield replacement. I was in Naples last month, 1,500 miles from my Massachusetts BMW dealer when my serpentine belt snapped, leaving me with a rapidly discharging battery and no a/c. I managed to limp into Germain B Massachusetts BMW dealer when my serpentine belt snapped, leaving me with a rapidly discharging battery and no a/c. I managed to limp into Germain BMW. I waited with some trepidation while the outside service attendant went inside to see if they would be able to look at my car that day. A few minutes later, service advisor Jeremy Bongle came out to tell me that he would squeeze me in. He kept me in the loop while they diagnosed the problem and had me out of there with a new serpentine belt and battery within 1 1/2 hours. I very much appreciate the prompt and courteous treatment I received, and would enthusiastically recommend Germain BMW and Jeremy in particular to anyone looking for service in the Naples area. More
