Hi! My name is Jeremy Bongle, Service Advisor here at Germain BMW of Naples. In the fall of 1999, I decided to leave the cold Wisconsin winters behind and moved to sunny Naples. I've been in the automotive service industry since 2009, and with the Germain family since 2014. I really enjoy helping people and take pride in treating customers as though they were a family member or friend. My free time is spent with my beautiful wife, our two amazing teenage daughters, and my crazy three-year-old son. Football season is my favorite time of the year, where I loudly cheer for my Green Bay Packers. I look forward to meeting you!

I have owned numerous BMWs since 1989. Jeremy Bogle is by far the best service rep I have ever encountered at the 4 Dealerships I have had my vehicles serviced at. Jeremy was attentive when I arrived. We reviewed the service work required. In the short amount of time, he provided me with a cost for the required repairs.
