It was refreshing to deal with Crest Volvo. They were professional, straight forward, and prompt in service requested on my Volvo. I live in Oklahoma and had visited a Volvo dealer in OKC. I wanted an ex professional, straight forward, and prompt in service requested on my Volvo. I live in Oklahoma and had visited a Volvo dealer in OKC. I wanted an extra key fob for my vehicle. The cost would be around $400. However Volvo-OKC looked at car and stated I needed NEW software to get key fob. Estimate was over $1000 !!! I declined service for the car was 9 years old and I suspected that they were padding my bill. My assumption was correct!!! I made an appointment with Crest and sure enough they program a new key fob for $400 and after telling them my story they stated there was nothing wrong with my software!! Thank you Crest Volvo for your honesty!! I will gladly drive the 3 hours for you to service my car simply based on your honesty and integrity! More
