We took it to a different mechanic who showed us there was no leak and all the repairs KIA said were needed, were false. Our 2019 Sorento has also faced major problems... over 30,000 worth of repairs. It's cheaper to look at getting a new car. They don't have good customer service. Managers never return calls in the time frame given. I've called them 8 times over 6 hours and still nobody's returned my call... but I'm told they will in 15 minutes, 20 minutes etc. More
The GO Kia West service department has shown great improvements over the last 2 years. They have friendly staff, and a much more organized environment given how busy they get. The wait times will be slightly higher on busy days, but this is ok. They have very skilled and knowledgeable staff that truly care about your vehicle. Many of the low reviews on here an google are done by sensitive people who don't understand how car maintenance works, and are unhappy with their vehicles, not the place servicing them. I bought my 2014 Kia Sorento from Kia West almost 13 years ago now and have stopped taking in my Sorento at this location for servicing for the past 5 years due to my car coming back with random issues years ago now and have stopped taking in my Sorento at this location for servicing for the past 5 years due to my car coming back with random issues after dealing with one. My Sorento has been running fine with no issues since. Today I brought in the Sorento for an ABS recall . Prior to the servicing my engine was quiet and running perfect. BUT as I arrive home from the dealership, my engine made a xxxx of a loud noise. A constant screeching noise coming from my engine I called back Alex to inform him what has happened and requested to fix this issue but he only offered a free diagnostics check. Also the way he responded to my complaint was with such unprofessional behaviour (laughing) More
All this company cares about is making sure that get your initial purchase , after that they are the biggest disaster. They do not care about your time they waste like it is free. I have 36,000 kms on my 2022 Kia shortage and this car is a lemon, I’ve had to replace the tires and brakes and many may other things.
