She never returned 3 calls about if my new 2024 F150 XLT was ready after have it was left there to fix paint problems that I spotted before taking delivery. Jason the Sales manager was very rude and actuall was ready after have it was left there to fix paint problems that I spotted before taking delivery. Jason the Sales manager was very rude and actually hung up on me after telling me they were not going to fix my truck and to come and get it. I will never bring my truck back there or recommend Metro to anyone!!! More

Jennifer was okay. The F&I guy was fine. There was 2 issues to fix before picking up vehicle. one was to replace a messed up antenna that was rusted, paint missing and The F&I guy was fine. There was 2 issues to fix before picking up vehicle. one was to replace a messed up antenna that was rusted, paint missing and cross threaded. The got it screwed in but did not replace the torn up base or torn up bottom of antenna. The second item was a grease stain on the fabric of the right rear door was going to get fixed. Mentioned many times. Jennifer ended up cleaning it at the last minute. There must have been 2 detail persons. The one that did the passanger side and tail gate got a bit crazy with the buffer. Burned the clear coat in 7 places. Tour up the chrome on the right fender trim and took the clear and color right of the edge of the hood. I have been working on the clear coat each night by hand. I did better work as a teenager. Maybe you delivered the truck to fast. I think anytime a person says they will purchase a vehicle and then picks it up in worse shape than when they said they would buy, it just doesn't make you feel the best. The front of the dealership is fine. I own multiple self -Storage locations and hanging around is just too hard for me. Thanks, Dan Le Fever More

I think they do a great job and are honest. I once brought my car in to have the battery and charging system checked. After at least an hour of testing- after little to no waiting for it to be I once brought my car in to have the battery and charging system checked. After at least an hour of testing- after little to no waiting for it to be looked at, I was told everything checked out good, and no charge. I had no problems with battery or charging system after that, so I figured it must have been at lower than full charge, earlier, from not being run for a while. More
