Took 2 cars in sat, the 8th for oil changes and tire rotations. When the 2011 4 runner was ready, the service rep told us “they broke off a wheel stud, and they can fix it for $277!” Yes, they broke i rotations. My husband brought the car home because he had to leave and I called back to talk to a manager. He said it “was already loose” which I don’t know how it knows and it was such a “high volume” time of the day that the tire service rep doesn’t do repairs. Very unapologetic manager, who could care less about what happened, think his name was Todd. After a discussion. He offered to fix the car that day for parts price only. “I was getting a deal” per Todd. Nevermind the fact that we had to drive another 30 minutes back to get it fix, wait for it to be repaired and then drive home again on a Saturday. We’ve bought many cars from Cobb County Toyota and considering going elsewhere. More

Customer Service was good. However when gifted a “free rental” because I was having so much work done. The rental was given to me was unclean inside and out. While I could overlook the outside the inside I could not. The young man was so kind and offered to take back and get cleaned. I agreed. When it came back out 20 minutes later. All it looked like that had been done was brush off driver seat and picked up large pieces of straw debris from driver side floor board. . Definitely not vacuumed or wiped down. In shock, I got in car but could not stand being in other peoples dirt. Trying to be nice I let the young man who was very understanding know I would just wait and for my car and not accept rental, and let salesman know that just do the rear brakes and oil change that I had made my appointment for and not the additional. That I would reschedule another time for the other items. I was told I would still have to wait and it would be a long wait. They could get me another rental. After not accepting two rentals I chose not to subject myself to that again. My appointment time was 7:10 AM. I was there promptly. Regardless of what I was having done first in first out. I was shocked that there was two other people booked along with my 7:10 AM appointment that I made a week in advance. It was not David that made the decision to put me on the back burner, he was busy an another salesman helped out. After 2.5 hours and my car still not moved off the lot and into the cue. I shot David a text and advised him to pull my car around and that I will just reschedule. He did just that, however When he handed me the keys and I said thank you. He never responded or apologized. Needless to say, I was able to get my car into AutoNation on Thornton Road, with a 12:30 appointment and left at 3:30. I had the rear brakes replaced, an oil change, the battery cables cleaned and a brake fluid flush. I did not need the engine tune up, i had paperwork showing that done on 09/23 And while the wipers were not Toyota they all three were replaced in December 2023. However, I did get to go over to the sales side and talk to someone about a vehicle that I’m looking for as possible trade in or cash sale. I’m not saying one dealership is better than the other, I’m just saying that Cobb County Toyota did not take care of me and Thornton Road did. More

My experience has been getting progressively worse my last two visits were horrible… my previous visit was rushed and vehicle wasn’t even serviced.
