My tire air pressure sensor indicated low pressure in one of my tires. Went to Cobb County Toyota to have my tires assessed and my driver side rear tire picked up a nail. CCT stated the tire could not be rep of my tires. Went to Cobb County Toyota to have my tires assessed and my driver side rear tire picked up a nail. CCT stated the tire could not be repaired and a new tire would need to be ordered. They then proceeded to change out the damaged tire by replacing it with my full size spare tire. During this process they put the full size spare on the right rear and put the damaged tire, and rim, where the spare tire would normally be located. The following day I went back to the dealership and had a new Michelin tire installed on the drivers side rear rim. What CCT did was replace my perfectly good spare with the new tire and left the damaged tire on the rim in my spare. A couple of days later, after the air pressure sensor again indicated low pressure in one of my tires, I took my car to Mavis Tires who immediately identified the problem and was able to fix my spare. Fortunately I had road hazard warranties on all my tires with CCT so the new Michelin was only $36 and my spare was fixed for $30 by Mavis Tires. Thankfully my tire air pressure sensors were working properly and the spare tire was repaired properly as it should have been initially by CCT. Had this mistake by CCT not been identified and corrected immediately then the next time I needed a spare tire in good working order would have been a major inconvenience. It is this lack in attention to detail by CCT over our last few visits to the dealership that have become quite concerning and no longer simple oversights on the part of their service department. It’s time to start looking for alternative auto repair shops. More

My service tech was great, so this is not about him. I made an appointment days in advance at 8:20. I showed up at 8:15 to a very long line. I called the service center from my car at 8:22 just to make sure I was in the right place since it was my first time I was ever there. They assured me I was in the right place, just wait in line, & they’d let my tech know I was there. I wasn’t “checking in” until a few minutes before 9 am (almost 40 minutes off schedule). I was given an estimated wait of 1.5 hours, but it ended up being almost 2 hours. I didn’t leave until 11 am. I was treated as part of the “first come first serve” system even though I had an appointment for my oil change. Like I said, my tech Austin was great & I know the line/service itself was not his fault—however my issue is the time it took to go through all of that when I planned ahead by making an appointment. It makes me want to find a new Toyota dealership for the 4Runner I just purchased to be serviced. More

Very good, as aways. I only bring my highlander here. From oil change, and maintenance my one stop to keep my Toyota pushing strong. I only bring my highlander here. From oil change, and maintenance my one stop to keep my Toyota pushing strong. More
