Upsetting. I felt underserved and under valued as a loyal Ford customer and advocate for ford products. It has always been my experience that like the ford f150 I felt underserved and under valued as a loyal Ford customer and advocate for ford products. It has always been my experience that like the ford f150's and mustangs that I have owned over the years, I could count on the dependability and confidence that ford exemplified. Not the case this time. Instead I felt an aire of assumed ignorance, with little explanation or reverence and respect that unfortunately conveyed disrespect to not only myself as a consumer but other Ford colleagues and their competencies.
