I Just bought a Certified Used BMW from Otto's BMW in West Chester from Jay Miller who was very pleasant. Took home a car and wasn't happy with it. I called the next day and spoke with Wilmer Rodriquez, sales manager, - he was kind, understanding and was amazingly accommodating. Wilmer told me to bring car back, try another car, drive it for a few days and if I didn't like it I could take my old car back. You DON'T find that kind of customer service anywhere. Noel Montesano was excellent with the financing end of it. Bottom line, I would highly recommend this outstanding dealership to any one. Their goal was customer satisfaction and I AM BEYOND SATISFIED WITH MY 5 SERIES SEDAN!!! More

He took me around the lot, giving me the perfect amount of detail without over-doing it like everyone knows salespeople can do. (I’m also a salesman) Once I picked the one, the buying process was great. Jay and Melissa really helped out with payment details, registration, and trading in my old car. Both of them were down to earth, friendly, and not afraid to crack a joke or two, which I really enjoyed. Melissa gave me all the details of my new vehicle and Jay briefed me on the controls, and I was on my way. I stopped in a few weeks later for an encore appointment with Raheem, and it was very pleasant. There were a few questions I had on the interface of the vehicle, and Raheem answered every one. Not only did he give me good explanations on different features that I already use, but he also showed me a few new features that are going to be very useful. Overall, I had a great experience. I left with exactly what I wanted, and with a smile on my face. I highly recommend Otto’s BMW in West Chester. More
