Nealy Anderson provided excellent sales support for the purchase of our new Forester. She quickly responded to our questions, kept us updated on the delivery of the vehicle and made sure that all of the a purchase of our new Forester. This is not the closest Subaru dealership to my home, but I came out to meet Jason Smith because of his outreach. Grand Subaru had the Forester I was looking for in stock, which is not at all a common occurr I came out to meet Jason Smith because of his outreach. Grand Subaru had the Forester I was looking for in stock, which is not at all a common occurrence lately, I found out. Jason and I talked on the phone a couple times, and when I came in he was prepared, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. What more can you ask for or expect, really? I test drove the car and bought it. The paperwork went fast and Chelsey Laporta in the finance department was also prepared, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. [Jason Zapfel later reached out to see if I had any questions, but I didn't, so we didn't interact much, but I appreciate the communication.] This is a great dealership with great people, and I highly recommend it. Even though, again, it's a bit of drive for me I plan to come back for service. More
