We had a great experience working with Jeff at Grand Subaru. We did a lot of research and knew we wanted a 2024 Outback Touring edition. After contacting several dealers via email asking for their bes Subaru. We did a lot of research and knew we wanted a 2024 Outback Touring edition. After contacting several dealers via email asking for their best price, Jeff was the first to contact us (within about an hour) and from the get-go he was thorough and fair and friendly. He started with a great price for the car (didn't do the ' "what do you want your payment to be" approach with us, which helped build trust. He was able to answer all of our questions about leasing vs. buying (including the money factor and other data necessary to really evaluate a deal) and was detailed about fees, etc. We let him know we'd come in later that afternoon and upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by everyone at Grand. Jeff had pulled the car up for us and after a quick test drive, we were able to complete the deal in about two hours. It would have been even quicker, but finance was busy since it was a Saturday. As we sat there, I could hear other salespeople interacting with customers and they were all very good. We weren't intending to sell my current car to Grand but they were interested and gave us such a fair offer (we had done some research and even had an offer from Carvana) that we sold it to Grand. The follow up has been amazing and I'm looking forward to my "class" with Jason on how to get the most out of my car and learn all of the options. I highly recommend Grand and Jeff specifically. More

I have been bringing my Subaru(s) here for the last 5 years and have purchased two from Jason. That says a lot! This was my first new car purchase and I was dreading it for a few months. But I spoke to Ramon over text and we got a deal in fairly quickly. During the day of, it seemed like there was a misunderstanding with one of the fees but he was like don't worry about it, we'll keep the OTD the same and get it done which was great to see. F&I with Andrew was pretty smooth, though I wish I had been presented with all the finance options instead of defaulting to 60m and having to ask for other terms. But overall, smooth transaction. Would recommend. More

Mark Hoen was a terrific sales person and we would highly recommend him, and the entire dealership, to anyone purchasing a vehicle.
