Terrible service. Dealership is very professional. They had ordered a part for my truck but since I work out of town and I am gone for months at a time when the part came in I wasn’t in town and didn’ They had ordered a part for my truck but since I work out of town and I am gone for months at a time when the part came in I wasn’t in town and didn’t receive the phone call or the letter until it was too late and they already sent the part back. The truck runs fine it just makes a noise. I guess I don’t really need the part, the noise is just annoying. It does not affect the way the truck runs. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Overall I’ve had a pretty good experience both times. More
