Very long wait to check in, see service advisor, get loaner arranged and 15 more minutes just to have loaner brought around to pick up. Total time wasted about 75 minutes. Greg was very nice, Service handled my car promptly this time and had a loaner ready. Jaime was kind as usual. The sales dept refused to fix the work that was on the due bill when I purchased the car (de time and had a loaner ready. Jaime was kind as usual. I spoke with Pete the only Sales Mgr available Fri morning and he said he would look into it and call me back in a couple hours. So far I have heard nothing on Sunday. Very disappointed. More
