Service/Repair Multiple Issues Everytime I visit the service department for service or repair, Becky, my service advisor, takes excellent care of me. She is truly amazing! She give Everytime I visit the service department for service or repair, Becky, my service advisor, takes excellent care of me. She is truly amazing! She gives me a detailed printout of what's wrong with my vehicle, explains what needs to be done and tells me how much it will be. She understands that I am very busy and have to have a vehicle to get to work and provides me with a loner car every time! She calls me and updates me on the progress of the repairs, time frame, and costs, so there are never any surprises. The service provided is excellent and I completely trust the work that is done without ever having any questions or doubts. When I return to pick up my vehicle I find it has been washed and vacuumed, something that I never asked them to do! I am a nurse and work 6 days a week. It is so important to me to know that if I have to bring my vehicle in for service or repair I never have to worry about how I'm going to get to work or get around while my vehicle is in for service. This is a huge benefit! Becky takes such excellent care of me that if she is not available or I cannot book her as my service advisor, I will delay my service or reschedule so that I can have her. I have dealt with other service advisers at this dealership. They were all good, but Becky is excellent and I would not want anyone else taking care of me. More

On Friday night about 10pm my dodge truck went south The water pump on the 2015 3500 went out south of Ocala Fl the tow truck driver was kind enough to tow us to Tarpon Springs about 100 miles. He gave m The water pump on the 2015 3500 went out south of Ocala Fl the tow truck driver was kind enough to tow us to Tarpon Springs about 100 miles. He gave me little hope of getting it fixed before Monday. I was put in touch with the dealership there and my experience was the best I ever had. Another tow truck dropped the truck to the dealership. Jamie got a new Jeep and told me to drive it and he would call me when it was done and in just a few hours the truck was back on the road. The tensioner broke the belt was missing as well as the water pump broke and they had it all in stock, remarkable! The service was first class I was treated like family. And the waterpump was a recall so the bill was half of what I thought it would be. Folks your service manager was so kind he personally drove it to make sure it was right. What a team and I was at my destination in the fla keys that night with my family and dog instead of being stuck. Words can not express how great full I will always be. With a world so full of incompedant employees, it was a pleasure and a breath of fresh air to meet your service manager and crew. Congratulations, g scott More
