Service was awesome! Jamie Kissinge was great!! Jamie Kissinge went above and beyond and so did his techs. I run a very tight schedule and have limited time to get in for an Oil Change, he not only Jamie Kissinge went above and beyond and so did his techs. I run a very tight schedule and have limited time to get in for an Oil Change, he not only got me in with little to no notice but his oil tech stayed a touch late and got my truck finished. The finance guru, Scott Poth, worked extremely hard to secure a loan that was right for me. He made the process go very smoothly and I couldn’t be happier. Extraordinary Experience. First, they have a woman who schedules appointments, not just for Ferman Dodge But for all the Freman dealerships. when you have a recall, its a safet First, they have a woman who schedules appointments, not just for Ferman Dodge But for all the Freman dealerships. when you have a recall, its a safety issue so you don't want to wait. Although they did not have the parts in stock she ordered them on the phone while we were talking, told me when they would arrive, scheduled my appointment for just a couple of days later, and E-mailed me every step of the way to inform me this part is in, that part is in, your appointment is on time as scheduled. She is so nice, like a relative you've been missing. They better keep her happy cause, any business would benefit from having her employed with them. Second, then there is Jamie, my service agent. I pull into service, there are several well organized service people there and no lines. They tell me Jamie will be helping you today, and like that they are prepared to take my truck and ask if I want anything else looked at, and I did. I also was informed I could get a shuttle ride home at scheduling. So I asked Jamie about that and he called Jose. Jose was walking to greet me when I walked out door, ready to go. took me home, had non-stop conversation, offered to pick me up and return me to dealer when my truck was done. Which I accepted, and 10 min. after they said truck ready, there is Jose. I'm telling you, this dealership has it all together, this is how all business should be done, I will be back, and yes, you want to come experience this for yourself too! Extended Warranty tire repair Made appointment Friday afternoon for a screw in the tire & a slow leak in another tire. After the evaluation they determined both needed to be repla Made appointment Friday afternoon for a screw in the tire & a slow leak in another tire. After the evaluation they determined both needed to be replaced. Only had 1 in stock so they had to order another. I was kept informed the entire way, but I didn’t want to drive anymore with the slow leak so I left it for repairs to be completed on Monday. It was ready as promised & was washed. Good Job Jamie! More
