After a few hours, and narrowing down our choices to one; we found one we loved. I also saw great pictures ahead of time on their website so that helped a lot. The walk through when picking up was thorough and everything was cleaned and detailed. Arnold and Sara were great in the finance department. Rob helped out with our product purchases. The entire staff treated us as if we were old friends; from the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and the warm greeting at the front door to handing you the keys to your new RV, We didn't buy our first RV from Dodd, but did bring it there for maintenance. We were given same attention and courtesy as if we had bought it there. So, it was a simple choice to go with Dodd when we decided to purchase new. We finally decided to take the plunge, and visited Dodd RV of the Peni My wife and I have been looking at RV's and attending RV shows for many years. We finally decided to take the plunge, and visited Dodd RV of the Peninsula after finding out they carried the Rockwood Hybrids. Scott Hudgins, our salesman, was a real pleasure to work with. He was so patient with us, and took a lot of time out of his busy schedule to help us on the several visits we made. We selected a Rockwood Roo 21SS, and Scott made our experience easy. After we decided, Scott introduced us to Arnold Smith, the finance, and he found us a lender in no time. We came to pick our unit up, and were given a thorough walk through, and felt really comfortable when we left. The parts guy, Rob Eller, was very helpful with answering our questions and assisting us with buying the accessories we needed to make our first trip a success. We love that the Dodd staff all work together so well, and they treated us like family. More

We were his first sale and from that moment on we appreciated the customer service he gave us, he kept in touch all these years sending us tickets to the RV show in Virginia Beach. We went every year thinking one day we would buy an RV and finally we made that plunge and did it at Dodd RV. We could not be any happier with the service we received from Shane, Ricky, Arnold and Rob and the personal attention from Jamie. Jamie you run a top notch organization if anyone I hear is thinking about an RV I will tell them to come to Dodd. More
