Graduating from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Marketing Management, I didn't know the automotive industry was my next step. However, the last 18 years have proven very enjoyable, challenging and rewarding. After serving in both Parts and Service for a Ford Dealership in Nebraska, my family and I moved to Kansas. Holm Automotive has been my home ever since, 11 years and counting. My favorite part has always been the customers and helping you feel at ease with our dealership. My time outside of work is spent with my wife and 2 children, helping out friends or golfing. Stop in and visit us at Holm Automotive, we are here to serve.

not fixed I was impressed with the attentiveness but disappointed in the actual service to my car. My car broke down 2 hours into a 2 week road trip and I took I was impressed with the attentiveness but disappointed in the actual service to my car. My car broke down 2 hours into a 2 week road trip and I took it to this location for service. While there I purchased a new used car and left my other car there (Payng almost $500 in repairs) until I returned from my trip. I was informed I also needed a new tire so I ended up buying 2 new tires ($300) The tire change almost didn't get taken care of because of an accident with the work order but luckily I called the day before I was supposed to pick up the car to double check. I live in Lawrence so Abilene is a good 2 hours away. My husband and I drove to pick up and drove the car a mile and it broke down again. Took it back and drove the 2 hours home with a guarantee it would be fixed and delivered to me. We were asked to pay for the new part ($84) It was returned the next week. The fix lasted the drive home for them and broke down again the next day after 15 minutes of driving. There was a shredded belt that should have been seen, the oil is still leaking out and the engine was definitely not cleaned like they told me it would be. Due to my frustration I didn't even call to complain since its a 2 hour drive back there. Car is still broke down and not sure where to go from here with it. Sherri McGuffin More

We had a bad trunk leak. Please make sure vehicle interiors are waterproof after vehicle body repairs. Great Service I've been around for awhile and can recognize great customer service when I see it. Jamie Avers and the rest of the crew are the best. Great customer service and good communications are very difficult to master, but the employees at Holm Automotive seem to have it figured out. I live three miles from a Buick dealership, but I drive forty miles to have my Enclave serviced. More

Driving from Lawrence, KS to Colorado Springs, my vehicle died on I-70. It was towed to Holm, and I could not be happier with the service we received, primarily from Jamie Avers (and of course, the mechanic died on I-70. It was towed to Holm, and I could not be happier with the service we received, primarily from Jamie Avers (and of course, the mechanic). The cars were stacked, and Jamie recognized that we were traveling through and prioritized my vehicle; we were back on the road in a couple of hours and made it home by 9pm. We are so grateful to him for his friendly and efficient service, and for taking such great care of us! More
