Ferman service visit Jamie Annese had my alignment checked along with the multipoint inspection. Complimentary wash was completed and all services were completed quickly and satisfactorily . The BMW genius, Stone showed me the new auto park function and explained media functions efficiently . Robert Chodorowski had a genius change my radio antenna . The visit was, once again, a success ! More

Good service, but slow and expensive They do a good job, but they had me waiting for 3 hours, and then they gave me a loaner to be able to work that day. The loaner was a nice touch, but They do a good job, but they had me waiting for 3 hours, and then they gave me a loaner to be able to work that day. The loaner was a nice touch, but I saw many people coming and getting done with their cars and my car was never done (I did have an appointment). Also, I called before to ask for the price of a service without giving my name and I got an estimate, but when I got there they told me it was twice that much. Not sure I want to go back, I might go to a different place next time, don't like to be taken advantage of. The final result of the service was good, though. More

BMW checked, repaired, and oh, by the way we found a nail in one of your tires. Whoops! Good thing that Beamer acted up or on the trip.........FLAT and stuck on the road. Good thing a safety inspection is done at every visit! THANK YOU BMW SERVICE TEAM! Oh, the trip for Thanksgiving was not ruined! More

Issue Unresolved I took my vehicle in due to a nail in one tire and a display message which stated the right run light was out. My service resulted in the two front t I took my vehicle in due to a nail in one tire and a display message which stated the right run light was out. My service resulted in the two front tires being replaced, and I was advised there were no issues with the lights. The morning after I picked up my vehicle, I received the same warning message regarding the run light, and scheduled a subsequent appointment. After picking up my vehicle for a second time, and told there is no issues with the lights, (within a day) I now receive the display message "Right Brake Light Malfunction", and have been advised by multiple co-workers that my right headlight is out. My vehicle continues to have lighting (and safety) issues, which is an inconvenience given that I have been to this location twice, each time leaving with the same or additional concerns. I would recommend this Service Center, as I have had good experiences in the past; however, this experience leaves me disheartened and frustrated. More

Airbag Replacement I was very happy with the result. It was done within the same day given that I was told it would take longer, and my car looked cleaner when I got it I was very happy with the result.
