Good first experience Had to take my X3 M40i in for software update since CarPlay suddenly stopped working. They gave me a similar vehicle as a loaner for the day and let m Had to take my X3 M40i in for software update since CarPlay suddenly stopped working. They gave me a similar vehicle as a loaner for the day and let me keep it overnight when they had some issue with BMW’s system. The staff was great to interact with and kept me apprised of the status of the car. They noticed that an oil change was due in December and proactively performed it. The only negative was that they forgot to reset the service reminder for the oil change. More
