Several bad experiences I brought my car in for recall regarding the back up camera and now the car runs terribly slower. They are constantly unable to solve problems. Their computers were down when I dropped my 2019 540 with 7000 miles and I had to wait 30 minutes b/c the service writer wasn’t sure if I was in warranty...Really and I’m going to trust my car to you??? Rude Manager Jamie Jamie starred at me after I told him that I’d be 30 seconds to tell Nick Hawk something. As I was less he kept starring at me. I told him thanks. I don’t know why this was a big deal. It broke goi g through the car wash, so it should have been fixed. I told him to quit starring at me. Then he walked over to me still starring at me. I asked for a manager. He belligerently told me that he name was Jamie and that he was a manager. I asked if I could speak to his manager. I went inside and talked with the service manager. As I walked out Jamie walked up to us and continued in his obnoxious rant rant saying that yes, it was me. More

A little over a month ago, I purchased an M5 Competition from Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor. I went there with the intention of taking a look at custom-ordering a M550i. I was currently leasing a 540i and had a from Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor. I went there with the intention of taking a look at custom-ordering a M550i. I was currently leasing a 540i and had about 5 months left so I wanted to get ahead of the process. I had already looked at and drove a Jaguar F Pace SVR, which was a beast and blast to drive, but not quite worth the money from my perspective. I’ve had BMWs since the early 2000s, and have grown to appreciate the “drive” of a BMW over other makes. I had also visited a local Audi dealer as I was truly interested in seeing if an Audi was for me, but they never offered a test drive, never really assisted me, weren’t too into getting me into a car, and never followed up with me like they said they would for a test drive. My last stop was Ferman BMW, and that’s “all she wrote”. I purchased my M5 Competition from Steve Venden. I don’t know the other Client Advisors, but Steve really knows BMWs and how to help someone looking to purchase a BMW. I’m assuming the other Client Advisors are comparable or they would most likely be working somewhere else. One clue to Steve’s expertise is that his desk is loaded with multiple past issues of BMW Roundel magazines, all tabbed to specific articles about BMW details and articles. When talking details, Steve knows the specs of every model and year BMW has made. That’s a very reassuring feeling when the folks helping you make a major purchase really know their stuff, aren’t just restating car commercial tag lines (Audi), and genuinely want to help you make the right choice for the car that truly fits you. Steve took his time, didn’t pressure me, and did everything he promised to do. An outstanding experience! The whole process of paperwork was actually an enjoyable experience as well as opposed to the typical beat-down and “nickel and dime-ing” process many dealerships try to put you through before you drive off the lot. Scott Douglas was awesome, informed, a good conversationalist, and a man of integrity. Again, this is how you want a car purchase to go down, not something you dread. These days, your not just buying a car, you’re also buying a computer. The BMW “geniuses”, as they’re called, were just that, they really know their stuff! They take you through all of the technical details, show you what you need to know, and offer to follow up with you at your home or come back to Ferman for more help almost any time for a refresher or deeper-level learning about all that your car can do. This is the third time I purchased a BMW from Ferman Palm Harbor and the second time I’ve worked with Steve Venden. I highly recommend doing the same if you’re looking to purchase a BMW. More

Dropped off car for an evaporator coil first time and oil change and I only got the oil change done after I picked it up. Dropped it off again to fix the evaporator coil and it was fixed. They also repaired a seal in the door and afterAnd after I took it home noticed that the door trim lighting on the driver side was no longer working. Overall I like Furman but little things could be improved. More
