Great warranty service with a beautiful detail performed while the car was in for service. Make it 6 stars as they always do a great job. However, I must tell you that I HATE getting these surveys. I swear I can't even go to hamburger join without them wanting to know if they did good job. Was very happy with my first routine service experience at Ferman BMW. I was provided a clean loaner, the service area itself was very clean and well stocked with coffee and refreshments as well as a wide at Ferman BMW.
