Very dissatisfied with sales team lack of involvement I am giving this rating based on a complete lack of involvement or support from the salesperson and sales manager after I signed the papers and was ha I am giving this rating based on a complete lack of involvement or support from the salesperson and sales manager after I signed the papers and was handed the keys. The vehicle was delivered dirty on Jun 8. All of the chrome trim had rail rust spots and a stained drivers seat. The sales manager made an appointment for this to be fixed. That was the last contact with the salesman or sales manager. I picked up my "brand new vehicle" from the service department on Wed, 6/13. The rust spots were gone, the stain on the seat was gone. But the interior windows still had the same original smearing and the exterior was dusty and covered with dead bugs. Due to the issues with rust spots, seat stains and the vehicle being dirty for the original delivery, I expected it to be clean inside and out and someone to contact me or follow up with me. Very disappointed and very dissatisfied. More
