What started as a test drive 2 Saturdays prior, turned into a purchase that my wife and I were thrilled with. At NO point in the entire process did I feel like we were under pressure to do anything. When we landed on the right vehicle for us, there were a few issues that needed attending to by the service team, and it was done on our timeline, and was completely resolved within the asking price. From the moment we stepped on the lot to the time we drove our vehicle home, our experience was top notch. My most recent purchase prior to this one was done elsewhere (would love to say where but I won't) and this experience was the exact opposite. We were looking for a replacement vehicle with criteria that not only must the vehicle look good and well taken care of inside and out but also meet my cleanliness and odour standards (ie not smell like cigarette smoke or floral sprays) and it had to fit at least two carseats, two big dogs and two full bags of groceries with no problem! The customer service provided by Brady and Jaime was outstanding! A great experience! They answered our questions without hesitation and made us feel comfortable with our decision to purchase the particular vehicle we were interested in. They seemed to be genuinely happy to be working at Auto Gallery and that feeling came through in their care of us. First impressions are lasting impressions! More
