I worked with Jacob Burns as I had casually walked in to test drive the new XC90 Recharge. Jacob helped us with test drives and was a great salesperson who did not pressure us in any way. On our first visit, the model we wanted was not available, but he kept in contact to provide us update on availability. We stopped in once the vehicle became available and he helped us throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend him.
