When i first walked in I was greeted by a lovely lady (retiring soon) and was introduced to Jacob, one of the sales guys, shortly after. Jacob made the whole experience one to remember! Funny, outgoing, answered all questions and anything I was not sure about, he made sure I understood before moving on to the next question. He was super honest and helpful and the dealership as a whole is an experience in itself. I ended buying a 2010 GT-R and couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to buy it from. Jacob put me at ease with his understanding and flexibility. He keep my car for me despite constant calls inquirng about the car. Three weeks late, I finally picked it up. I was late and beyond TABs closing time but once again, Jacobs flexibility came through. Fast forward a couple weeks after driving the car, I ran into a mechanical issue. Jacob took care of me. I’ve gone through many vehicle purchases over the years but by far, this has been the best experience. Jacob treated me like a friend not a sale. I appreciate that.
