Got a decent price and above and beyond service! Recently purchased a 2013 BMW X5 35d in a vermilion red metallic colour .. Love the colour! Found the vehicle advertised in the Auto Trader, dropped i Recently purchased a 2013 BMW X5 35d in a vermilion red metallic colour .. Love the colour! Found the vehicle advertised in the Auto Trader, dropped in, and was greeted by Jacob Berman. The vehicle wasn't readily available but Jacob pulled a few strings and had someone go pick it up = 5 stars. Jacob was very informative and not at all pushy. Two days after taking possession I had an emissions light come on so I took it back to TAB to have it looked at. Jacob had one of the staff drive me home to Mississauga during rush hour so that I could use my old vehicle while the X5 was being serviced = another 5 stars. Turns out the X5 needed a couple of NOx sensors and Jacob sent the vehicle to the BMW dealership for the servicing ... BONUS ... dealer reported there was an active 2 year extended warranty on the vehicle!!! Jacob also offered to deliver the vehicle himself after the servicing but I had gotten a lift to TAB instead .. = 5 more stars for the offer. I give Jacob and his Team 10 Stars for exceptional service and going above and beyond to satisfy a customer! TAB will be the first place I look to for my next new vehicle thanks to Jacob and his team. More
