The sales manager David came over and apologized and said they would work with us to make it right by us, AND THEY DID! They worked to find a car that was as close to the original as you could get, only real difference was the color of the car. Jack Hawes our salesman was great and easy to work with. We will return to purchase from this dealership again. More

These guys exceeded my expectations I worked with Jack, he took care of setting up my appointment and made my experience very pleasant. I worked with Darren behind the scenes. The car has a cracked windshield, a bent rim, and had un-usable brakes all of which was left for me to repair rather than being fixed when asked within the week of purchase. I was told that I bent the rim and that there was nothing to be done... I was told the windshield would be looked at, which never happened. And I was told the brakes are an as is, although the vehicle had a fresh inspection with pads that had 15% pad left. I think this place has great potential if they would put more into customer satisfaction rather than profit made. And also Jack Hawes was amazing. He made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Everything beyond him began to crumble. More

Jack provided me with information on available rebates, financing and lease options that would work within my budget. Jack worked on my behalf with the sales manager and came up with a great lease deal that I was very comfortable with. Jack handled all the paperwork and delivered the vehicle as promised 2 days later. No problems.
