After a less than stellar experience with a first sales rep, the sales team director called me, gave me his personal cell and assured he would take care of me immediately. Printing out all the paperwork I would need himself and waving fee's on some dealer add-ons. I finished things up with Ivan who stayed late to close me out and was incredibly polite, professional and made everything as seamless as possible.
