After a less than stellar experience with a first sales rep, the sales team director called me, gave me his personal cell and assured he would take care of me immediately. He apologized more than once for my initial treatment and personally oversaw the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Printing out all the paperwork I would need himself and waving fee's on some dealer add-ons. I finished things up with Ivan who stayed late to close me out and was incredibly polite, professional and made everything as seamless as possible.
