Our first time buying a Toyota and first visit to Toyota of McKinney. We met with Ricky Straight who was new to the dealership but you couldn’t tell, he was knowledgeable, respectful, kind and patient (not of McKinney. We don’t love buying cars or going to dealerships because of the pressure and what feels like salespeople that only want the commission. This was absolutely not the case and we had a very positive and enjoyable experience. We also chose this dealership because they have a great selection of vehicles that we didn’t find when looking online elsewhere. More

Duane was friendly & speedly concluded the process plus acted on all items I pointed out except tinting which he comeback & reported finance says i would have to pay. I pointed out the vehicle is pulling slightly towards the left side & despite the green alignment report it still does. Not sure if its the alignment equipment which needs calibration or the car that has an issue. Plan to take it to a different dealer to confirm. More
