Black Friday - Repair or Trade? After an unexpected problem with our 2010 Highlander over the holiday weekend we worked with Ian Davis to decide on repairing it or not. He found the part we needed in another city and had it fixed the day the part came in. When test driving it another problem was found so we decided to trade it in on a lease of a new Highlander. Faraz was very helpful in getting us a good trade in value for our older vehicle. He made the whole experience a good one by being so friendly and concerned for us. We are loving our new car! Brenna was so efficient with the paperwork. She really knows what she is doing and got us on the road as soon as it was possible. Thanks to everyone for helping us on a very busy black Friday! More

My son advised me to go to a discount tire store but I did not want to take a risk with some place I did not know that I could trust as I do Toyota. Honest and Professional Service Dept I brought in my FJ cruiser for what I thought was going to be a costly drivetrain problem. Turns out it was just a heat shroud that had fallen and was I brought in my FJ cruiser for what I thought was going to be a costly drivetrain problem. Turns out it was just a heat shroud that had fallen and was rattling along the drive shaft. At some places they may have taken advantage of you but they fixed it for a very fair price. The overall experience was professional and honest. Two thumbs up! More

Service and tires Two trips for service and new tires were both excellent and the time required was as expected or even shorter. The ride to work for service was excell Two trips for service and new tires were both excellent and the time required was as expected or even shorter. The ride to work for service was excellent and the driver was very pleasant. The ride home for new tires was enjoyable and the driver was very good. The ride back to dealership after getting new tires was long because we had a couple of stops to make and were all over the area but the driver handled it very well and apologized to those that had the long ride. More
