She urged me to test drive the Rav 4 that I had liked. She was able to answer any questions I may have had. We did not discuss price until several hours later. Celeste was fair and we agreed upon an reasonable price. I enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to my friends and family. Car Shopping at Millenium Toyota I had been looking for a car for a while and the local agencies I had visited were vague in their numbers and in one case actually dishonest. At Toyota, I was given immediate attention by Anthony Santi who assured me we would be treated fairly and with respect. He assigned Joseph Marracello to help us look at cars and Joseph was knowledgeable about sizes of vehicles, various differences in auto specs and options, and really able to help me understand the various choices and all the pluses and minuses. He was also patient in helping me to to decide on the color options that I wanted as well as the final option package I chose. Finally, when it came to financing, Hector Maltese met us gracefully and with humor which help to ease my nervousness. He explained the loan carefully as well as the extended warranty package which I purchased. Overall, this was a very positive experience. THANK YOU! More

My i I purchased a 2014 Toyota Yaris SE at Millennium on April 24. Just want to thank the team at Millennium Toyota for their great price and service. My initial contact was with Mike Ostrow. I emailed Mike thru the website inquiring about the car I eventually purchased. I told him I had already contacted several other dealers and asked for his best price. Within minutes I had received an email back with a very good price, lower than I had found anywhere else. After a few more emails to clarify details Mike called me and we set up an appointment for the next day. When I showed up I was greeted by Mike and salesman Michael Korgood who took over from there. He showed me the car and we got down to business. The only slight sticking point was over the value of my trade. There was a bit of negotiating and a few "I'll have to check with the manager" moments but nothing out of the ordinary for these situations. In the end I was offered a fair price which I agreed too. At no point was I ever bullied, talked down to or subject to any other dealer games. Contract was signed and I was sent to Hector Maltese to arrange payment. I hadn't planned to take delivery of the car that day, figuring I would have to work out payment and insurance issues before delivery, but Michael gave me directions to a local branch for my bank and 15 minutes later I was back with check in hand. I was then sent to a lovely young lady, whose name I forget (my apologies) who contacted my insurance company for me and we were able to get the car covered right then and there. Shortly thereafter, only a couple of hours since I walked in the door, my new car was delivered to me sparkling clean and waxed and I was on my way. I highly recommend Millennium Toyota, everyone I dealt with there was friendly, polite and HONEST, but I would like to give an especially big thank you to both Mike Ostrow and Michael Korgood. We were greeted into the busy store on Martin Luther King day. We waited a while before being helped. The sales person BJ was helpful in showing us the car and taking us for a test drive. But what they forgot to mention until the end was that the agreed on price would change once we sat down to sign the paper work, because finance people felt that they can change things last minute as they would please. We also traded in our old vehicle and didn't receive a good deal on that as well. The end feeling that we were ripped off made it a bitter experience. Would not go back here. More
