I rated Millennium Toyota "great" in all categories simply because of their great employees! My wife and I dealt with Mike Ostrow (Internet Sales Manager) and Brian Tighe (Sales Consultant) categories simply because of their great employees! My wife and I dealt with Mike Ostrow (Internet Sales Manager) and Brian Tighe (Sales Consultant) and Hector Maltes (Finance Consultant) and was impressed with how knowledgeable, friendly and helpful each of them were. Mike Ostrow and Brian Tighe were my initial point of contact at the dealership and they were great right from the start. I had done extensive vehicle and pricing research beforehand and knew I was quoted an extremely fair price on a SPECIFIC VEHICLE from the start and that price never changed, and I didn't have to haggle. I never felt pressured to buy more than what I needed and got the vehicle I wanted. Brian Tighe also accompanied us on our vehicle test drive and also handled the delivery of our new car and he proved that HE KNOWS THESE CARS!! I have never dealt with a salesman with such extensive product knowledge. After he explained all of the systems in my 2013 Highlander SE, I drove off the lot feeling very comfortable with all the features and technology in my car. As for price, we do haggle, but it is quite evident that they want to make a deal and we have always made a deal to our satisfaction. I recommended by daughter and son-in-law to them after they lost a car to Hurricane Sandy and they were extremely happy with what they got and how much, or rather, how little they paid. I do not hesitate recommending them, especially my salesman, Mark Campbell, to friends. More

My experience with "Millennium Toyota" has always been excellent because of Anthony Santi and Mark Campbell. These two people have always been good to me and my family over the years. Anthony Santi especially has been the reason we keep coming back to Millennium Toyota. My only complaint is towards Toyota and the owners of Millennium Toyota who I have given over 300,000.00 dollars and currently over 17,000.00 a year in leases to them. My only reward or gift of appreciation from them is a tiny, cheap thermos bottle. Thank god for great people and employees like Santi and Campbell because I know they appreciate me. More
