Since he was only at the dealership part-time, he went out of his way to come in on his days off. He was recommended to us by one of our neighbors, who had a nice experience. Ray treated us with respect and since my wife started the process, solo, he had a "calming effect" on her, which was very important, since she had never done anything like this, before! When it came time to pick up the car, we were in the middle of some severe snow weather. Ray made arrangements for us to leave the car at the dealership until we were comfortable picking it up. This dealership is very accommodating, since they will drive you home and pick you up, within a reasonable distance, and has a free shuttle service to the local mall. We also had a good experience with Hector, since he was very helpful in explaining the financing and answering other questions, as well. All in all, we hope to have this kind of experience when we need service on our new "baby". More

I am shopping for a pre owned car but by no means was i trying to buy a toyota but i said let me stop in and just see what they have to offer. (best choice ever). so i walked in and asked for Juan because i was refferd to him by my mom and step dad and uncle who has perviously all bought cars from this dealer ship and dealt with Juan. Juan is one of the friendliest sales person i have met all day after visting 3-5 dealer ship. so anyways i get there and he is busy with other customers so he gave me a waiting time frame and i then went to check out some of the cars they had. i personally do not like toyota so i was just browsing basically. after looking at cars outside for about 20 minutes Juan joineed me and i finally saw a acura tl that i happend to fall in love with. long story short Juan worked out an amazing affordable deal for me and i then was introduced to Amanda (the beautiful) all state agent. She was extremly cool and friendly is an understatment. her help was greatly appriciated. she just made you feel like you've know her for a lifetime. Amanda made you very comfortable. then i was moved to Hector who was the make it or break it guy. thankful for his hard work and time i made it. he had me approved and into that car the same night. all in all the employees at this dearler ship was the best i've seen all day. they were more than helpful they were like family. thanks a lot guys... Another positive experience I just bought a used Rav4 from Millennium Toyota. (I have previously - years before - purchased two used Hyundais from Millennium Hyundai and both of I just bought a used Rav4 from Millennium Toyota. (I have previously - years before - purchased two used Hyundais from Millennium Hyundai and both of those were positive experiences as well). Our salesman was Mark "Soup" Campbell and he was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He didn't feel "tricky" or "sleazy", as many used car salesman can. We had previously researched pricing online and brought in a printout of the best online price with us - we made a good deal that we were happy with and paid a fair price for the car...after some negotiation, we also got a fair trade in value for our previous car, as well as some value against dealer fees. We found the finance manager (Hector Maltese) and the person we dealt with to help switch insurance (not sure of his name) to also be friendly, laid-back and easy to do business with - and (surprisingly) we again didn't feel pressure or like we were being "sold" - no sleaziness! Additionally, there was some preparation that needed to be done to the vehicle before driving off the lot, and when my husband arrived two days later for pickup, everything we had discussed was completed, and the car was clean and ready to go! Overall this was a very positive car-buying experience and I would recommend Millennium again, as well as Mark Campbell. More

She also allowed me to interface with the Sales Managers (Josh & Brian) and General Manager Anthony when we ordered additional accessories for my son's 2015 4 SR5 Premium 4Runner. Hector did his best to sell all of the extended warranties and Sarah Casey was so nice and helpful completing all of the paperwork, "Charming Casimil" was also terrific and ready to help during the entire transaction. Being a Toyota/ Lexus buyer of many vehicles in the past, I truly feel that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone we worked with before was still there and of course remembered us. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted and the process was easy, painless, pleasant and quick! Nateshia, as always, was professional and friendly. She worked within our budget. She worked out some numbers with Santi and since they take pride in knowing their customers she got right down to it - eliminating a lot of the back and forth negotiations. Even though we haven't sat down with Hector, the Finance Manager, he still came out to the showroom floor to say hello to us. Just another example of how friendly they are and how they take pride in providing excellent customer service to everyone who walks through their showroom doors. Even though we are waiting for our new Highlander to arrive, we are very happy with the experience yet AGAIN. I have recommended this dealership (especially this specific team) to my friends over the past few years. This is something that I will continue to do moving forward. For my own personal needs, I might do my homework online and check out the details elsewhere, BUT I will continue to take my business to this professional team at Millennium Toyota. More
