I have been trying to Solve this for over a year to no avail! Car dealership, Dana Ford is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever encountered. My son purchased his car there in September of 2020, one week later it would not start. We had it towed to the dealership and they did repair it, but while there, somehow there was a collision and his car was damaged on the drivers side front end. They tried to give us the car back after the initial repairs without saying anything. We thankfully noticed before we left the lot. They tried telling us they had no idea. Of course I was furious. They kept the car to take care of the body damage. We were without the car for more then a month because of their negligence. During this time, we of course had to make our monthly payment. I requested compensation for the one monthly payment, since it was their fault we did not have the car. In the beginning the service department manager Keith Curran was responsive and promised me he would compensate me, but every month that passed he had an excuse why I was still waiting. I emailed him every month for an update and eventually he stopped responding. I still email and call several times a month to no avail. I recently was able to get a response by a woman Danielle at the dealership who was looking into it. Today almost a year and a half later I was told they could not offer me anything at this time besides complimentary services. I will never do business with them again so why would I want complimentary services which ultimately cost them next to nothing. I have left bad reviews, I have contacted corporate, and I will not let this rest. Not because of the $400, but because of the dirty business practices, unprofessionalism, and complete lack of care for the people who have helped build their business by purchasing from them. So you want to buy Ford? go to NJ, because Dana Ford does not deserve your business.
