There was an issue with the car loosing coolant fluid. After three attempts at resolving the issue Dwayne chose to think out of the lines and in doing so pinpointed the leak and resolved it. Took our van on on the 4th of December, was told it should be ready on the 7th. Didnt hear anything on the 7th after calling at least and leaving several messages asking for calls to be returned for a should be ready on the 7th. Didnt hear anything on the 7th after calling at least and leaving several messages asking for calls to be returned for a status update, we eventually had to reach out to corperate to get in touch with the service department and to get a status update on our government vehicle. We picked the van up 5 weeks after it was dropped off, with minimal repairs completed. More

The service department never returned our calls. Our car was at Dana Ford for seven weeks for a repair. In order to receive updates we had to go to the dealership in person. We contacted the Ford Motor Comp was at Dana Ford for seven weeks for a repair. In order to receive updates we had to go to the dealership in person. We contacted the Ford Motor Company and they were still unable to help. Once we got our car back, another repair (recall) is needed and the dealer is unable to get the part(s). STAY AWAY!! More
