I had a very stellar experienced with Harvey in 2009, as a first time buyer of Toyota Camry. That is why when I went to your site, I asked the chat person if the "Chinese" guy still works for them. She told me there is only one and his name is Harvey. So I asked the chat person again if she can send me a profile picture so I can determine if he's the one. I was so amazed to know that he is it! So I went in to Toyota Naperville and Harvey was there waiting. Without a doubt, Harvey gave me the exemplary service, not pushy, determined to help me out with what I want in a car. The negotiations went very smoothly with the help of the staff. I would say Jessica also did an extra mile to show me the leather that I want. Once again Harvey - did it again!!! We've had the pleasure of work My family of 7 (5 grown children along with Mom and Dad) have been purchasing cars from this dealership for many years. We've had the pleasure of working with several of the folks here and most recently, it was Dave Zidlicky along with Harvey Nyien. Last year, it was Tod Craft. I wouldn't be doing justice to this dealership without mentioning Dustin Bounty (manager) who truly did go the distance to made it all work. Apart from the sales staff, it was also a pleasure to deal with Kristen Greco and Eren Gonzalez: we were especially impressed with Eren. This time around, we traded in two of our cars for a new Highlander and Camry. Once again, the folks here came through in spades. How so? We're somewhat experienced with cars and tend to do our homework before purchasing. We were looking for a bit larger car (for retirement in a couple years) to replace our Rav4 as well as an around town car for work, errands, etc. Just to see what was out there, we took a long look at (and test drove) comparable vehicles from Ford, Mazda, Honda, Lincoln, Lexus, Infinity and Nissan. Each had their compelling positives. In the end however, it was Toyota that truly stood out: price/value/features for the money. But it wasn't just the cars upon which we based our decision. After all, there's a lot of Toyota dealers who we also visited. While all were good, in the end, it was the personnel at Dan Wolf. THEY are what made the difference in every regard (price included) and why we will continue to return here for our vehicles. They all really did go the extra mile. We can also attest to excellent service year after year. I can honestly say that we've never found any better service anywhere! Thanks, folks, one and all. You really did earn our business! More
