I found my experience with the Toyota of Naperville's dealership to be very professional, very relaxed environment and caring individuals within this organization. Normally, in dealing with car dealerships in the past, it can be a very nervous and tense atmosphere in purchasing a vehicle. Not sure if you are being taken advantage of or feeling the complete truth has not been related to you. All of my questions and comments were answered in a truthful manner by the employees who I encountered on Saturday, July 21, 2012 in which I feel very comfortable in purchasing my 6th Toyota vehicle in the last ( 15 ) years. Great customer service seems to be lost art in America but Harvey Nyien reasurred my concerns by taking the extra mile in the service that was provided to me. I will recommend Harvey and this dealership to all of my family and friends in purchasing their next vehicle / Toyota if applicable. They surpassed all of my expectations because I was treated with the utmost respect and I was upgraded to a preferred owner. Thank you. More

I obtained a good price through their Internet sales staff, then visited the dealership on the following Saturday to discuss my trade-in. I took a test drive of the 2012 Highlander, we agreed on a final staff, then visited the dealership on the following Saturday to discuss my trade-in. I took a test drive of the 2012 Highlander, we agreed on a final price after a reasonable amount of time, and I was on my way home with the new vehicle just after noon. I am a retiree and, after years of annoying negotiations when buying a new car, I was pleasantly surprised at how professionally and respectfully everything was handled by Toyota of Naperville. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More
