Great experience with friendly staff! We had a great experience from when we arrived to the dealership till we left that evening with our new Sienna. Harvey greeted us and asked if we had any questions. He was calm and knowledgable and gave us privacy when needed. The nicest finishing touch was when we received a picture of our family, in front of the new van before we drove it off the lot, to our home address with a thank you letter. Excellent experience with all staff. Mo in the finance department was personable, friendly, detail and time-oriented. There were playrooms for our kids so we could all enjoy the experience.
