I called to see how long the recall fix would take because I wanted to wait. I was told 3-4 hours. By the time I got home the car was ready. They wasted my time with inaccurate information. My car also keeps reminding me to have the recall fix done. They obviously did not compete the service and there is no way for me to stop the automatic notices everytime I turn on the car without returning to the dealership. Santa Monica BmW service is why I will never buy another bmw. More
