To expensive for the tire rotation.
Refused to wash my car, said it was too cold outside. Afterwards I drove down the block to BlueSky that was very busy even though it was too cold??

Also, charged me to replace the battery in my key fob, no other Toyota dealership has ever charged me. My entire family are Toyota drivers I would think loyal customers would be treated better.
