Great buying experience! I inquired about a Ram 2500 they had for sale online and setup a time to come down to look at the truck as well as have my current truck apprised. I met with two different salesmen, Guido Marin, who was who I was communicating with online and Ibra Jaber, another salesman. While Guido was having my truck apprised Ibra showed me the 2500 and took me for a test drive. Upon return Guido had my appraisal ready, which seemed very fair. When it came time to negotiate I sat down directly with the the sales manger Sammy Hawana who worked out a deal with me I couldn't refuse. I short time later I met with Vinny Buonincontri, one of the finance managers who walked me through all my paper work. He shopped around at serval banks to get me an incredible interest rate at a loan term I was very comfortable with. After signing I was warmly welcomed to the CDJR of Leesburg family and introduced to serval other managers as well as their parts reps and service advisors. The whole process from start to finish only took a couple of hours and was an absolute pleasure. Everyone was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of their products. I would highly recommend this dealership and I will be returning in the future. Thanks guys! More

Guido Marin must be the best salesmen I've worked with...They solved a problem I had owning 2 vehicles and needing only one, they worked out me tra Guido Marin must be the best salesmen I've worked with...They solved a problem I had owning 2 vehicles and needing only one, they worked out me trading them both, on a new Chrysler 300s.At the final signing of the paperwork there was a glitch. The car was listed at 38,500 and when they brought out the paper work they told us the car was 50,000. We were told that we would get 2 key fabs, we only got one. We were told that the car would be deli the paper work they told us the car was 50,000. We were told that we would get 2 key fabs, we only got one. We were told that the car would be delivered on a flatbed with a full tank of gas that did not happen. We were told that the oil was just changed ford told us it was not so we paid to have it done. They told us it was owned by a non smoker and you could clearly tell they smoked in the truck. We have since purchased an air purifier and the Oder is going away. In short we traveled 4 hour to get to the dealership spent 6 hours there and no I would not recommend your dealership. If we were not in a hurry for a tow vehicle we would not have bought this truck. We would of used a dealer closer to us and not one that lies. More

I first went came across CDJR of Leesburg by doing an internet for local dealers of Ram trucks. Their website was very easy to use and their prices seemed very fair. I found the exact truck I was lookin internet for local dealers of Ram trucks. Their website was very easy to use and their prices seemed very fair. I found the exact truck I was looking for and requested a sales rep to reach out. Guido reached out to me promptly and asked if I had any questions and if would I be interested in looking at the truck. A few days later I came down and I was immediately greeted by Guido and his sales team. Guido started working on my vehicle's trade in value while Ibra (one of Guido's sales teammates) and I went to see the truck and take it for a drive. When I came back Guido had my vehicles value ready to go, which was very fair and showed me a breakdown of the total cost if I decided to move forward. The pricing was very fair, better than anywhere else I looked. It was a very easy sales experience. From start to finish only took a few hours. Since my purchase Guido has reached out several times and has helped me setting up appointments to have my windows tinted as well as have a spray in bed liner done. I would highly recommend CDJR of Leesburg. Thanks guys for the great experience!! More
