I would like to thank Greg Hess for making the process of buying a new vehicle so much easier. Greg was so patient with us. He didn't try and pursuade my husband and I to go in a different direction. We knew exactly what kind of car we wanted and he found it for us. I got in contact with Greg after filling out information online. It was over a month before we actually made it into the dealer. By then everything was already figured out. Within that month, Greg didn't push the process. He waited until we were ready. I will not hesitate to recommend my friends and relatives to Greg Hess. Greg and Sam are good at what they do! Greg at Mark Christopher was one of the best car salesmen that I have ever dealt with. He was very curteous and kept us well informed of the entire sales process. They had tons of variety and inventory to choose from and the sales rep, Greg Hess, was patient, honest, and knowledgeable of his profession. I think my wife and I must have driven 20 SUVs before we decided to make an offer on a 2011 Yukon XL. We traded in our older SUV and the whole process was quick, easy, and fair.
