Amazing Customer Service I had been searching for a particular make, model and trim for about a year locally and nationwide. It appeared as a trade in at Wilde Lexus Sarasota I had been searching for a particular make, model and trim for about a year locally and nationwide. It appeared as a trade in at Wilde Lexus Sarasota and was placed online the next day. When I saw it online at 3pm on a rainy Saturday I called and spoke with Greg Brock. He walked out to the service area in the rain to check on the vehicle and called me right back. It was the vehicle I had been looking for but it was not through the detail service yet. He kindly agreed to let me come see it, drive it and put a deposit on it pending a service check right at closing time.
